VIVACITY SUWAMACHI 2BANKAN主な設備●太陽光発電システム「HIT233」●i-X DRESSING●i-X BATHROOM●浴室換気乾燥機●エネルギーモニター●ハンズフリーインタホン●エコキュート(370L)In the commercial district in central Nagasaki City, Vivacity Suwamachi 2-Bankan is an eight-story building consisting of 28 condominiums. “We had applied PV systems in three apartment buildings, but the electricity supply was limited to only the common areas. The system for Vivacity is capable of supplying electric power to the individual condo areas, so we had wanted to implement it for years to enhance the ecological awareness of residents,” says Mr. Naoya Taze, chief planner of Touei Real Estate Co., Ltd. The system consists of 140 PV modules installed on the building’s rooftop deck, each condominium allotted five modules to supply 1.16kW power to its own area. The PV generated electricity can be used to power each condominium’s lighting and appli-ances with any surplus able to be sold to a utility company. An energy monitor provides realtime indication of power output and the amount of power sold. Being the first condominium building in Naga-saki Prefecture to use a PV system for supplying power to individual units, Vivacity is drawing a great deal of attention.
