4. After-sale service
If you experience any issues or problems with this software during its use, please contact Panasonic. We will provide information about known bugs, changes in how the software should be used, etc. However, Panasonic does not guarantee that customer issues will be completely rectified. Additionally, the software is subject to change without notice.

5. Liability
Neither Panasonic nor its resellers assume any liability for damage experienced by the customer as a result of the use of the software or for claims against the customer by third parties, unless the incident in question involved deliberate action or negligence on the part of Panasonic or the reseller. 

6. Other
This software license terminates automatically in the event that the customer violates its terms. In this case, the customer must dispose of the software.

1. Exit all running applications before installing the software.
2. Double-click “Panasonic Device Programmer.zip” to open it.
3. Double-click exe file, then following the instructions on the screen to begin the installation.
*Be sure to restart your computer after the installation is complete.
